তৈলাক্ত ত্বকের অতিরিক্ত তেল (Sebum) নিযন্ত্রণ করে ত্বক উজ্জ্বল ও ব্রণমুক্ত রাখার জন্য একটি পূর্ণাঙ্গ স্কিন কেয়ার রুটিন নিচে দেওয়া হলো:
১. দৈনিক স্কিন কেয়ার রুটিন (Daily Routine)
সকালের রুটিন (Morning Routine)
ফেসওয়াশ (Cleanser): সকালে হালকা কোনো Salicylic Acid বা Foaming Cleanser দিয়ে মুখ ধুয়ে নিন। এটি রাতের জমে থাকা তেল পরিষ্কার করে।
টোনার (Toner): অ্যালকোহল-মুক্ত টোনার ব্যবহার করুন (যেমন: গোলাপ জল বা Niacinamide/Green Tea যুক্ত টোনার), যা পোরস (Pores) টাইট রাখতে সাহায্য করে।
ময়শ্চারাইজার (Moisturizer): তৈলাক্ত ত্বকেও ময়শ্চারাইজার প্রয়োজন। সবসময় Gel-based বা Lightweight Water-based ময়শ্চারাইজার ব্যবহার করুন।
সানস্ক্রিন (Sunscreen): বাইরে যান বা ঘরে থাকুন, Oil-free, Matte Finish বা Gel Sunscreen (SPF 30-50) অবশ্যই ব্যবহার করবেন।
রাতের রুটিন (Night Routine)
ডাবল ক্লিনজিং (Double Cleansing): মেকআপ বা মেচেতা/সানস্ক্রিন তুলতে প্রথমে Micellar Water ব্যবহার করুন, তারপর জেল ফেসওয়াশ দিয়ে মুখ ধুয়ে নিন।
সিরম (Serum): ত্বকের তেল ও ব্রণের দাগ কমাতে রাতে Niacinamide (5-10%) বা Salicylic Acid (2%) সিরম ৩-৪ ফোটা ব্যবহার করতে পারেন।
ময়শ্চারাইজার: রাতে নাইট ক্রিম না কেটে একটি হালকা জেল ময়শ্চারাইজার লাগিয়ে ঘুমাতে যান।
২. সাপ্তাহিক যত্ন (Weekly Extra Care)
এক্সফোলিয়েশন (Exfoliation): সপ্তাহে ১-২ বার BHA (Salicylic Acid) এক্সফোলিয়েটর ব্যবহার করুন। ফিজিক্যাল দানাদার স্ক্রাব এড়িয়ে চলুন, কারণ এটি ব্রণ বাড়িয়ে দিতে পারে।

নন-কমেডোজেনিক (Non-Comedogenic) পণ্য: যেকোনো কসমেটিকস বা ক্রিম কেনার আগে লেবেলে “Non-Comedogenic” লেখা আছে কিনা দেখে নিন (এর অর্থ এটি পোরস ব্লক করবে না)।
খাদ্যাভ্যাস: অতিরিক্ত ভাজাপোড়া, মিষ্টি ও চর্বিযুক্ত খাবার এড়িয়ে চলুন। প্রতিদিন প্রচুর পানি পান করুন এবং শাকসবজি-ফলমূল খান।
হাত দেওয়া বন্ধ করুন: মুখে বারবার হাত দেবেন না এবং ব্রণ কখনোই পপ বা টিপবেন না, এতে দাগ বা ইনফেকশন হতে পারে।
